话说纯好奇google能给出40w的base？ 那为啥猎头给我朋友的反馈是，match不了20wbase +20w股票offer，not even close.....是不够senior吗？

这种工资在湾区不是很普遍吗？工作几年升到senior就有了。当然前提是flg公司，其他公司一般没这么高。

我身边的例子都是flg反而到不了这么高，能给出40w的也不是什么大热门公司
