It's confirmed hepatitis B infection. Nowadays, hep B can be treated with hepasera to minimized vifral duplication. He should see a hepatologist (or Gastroenterologist) for treatment. Every 6month to a year, an Ultrasound of liver should be checked. Effective control of hepatitis B could delay the course of liver cirrhosis. So good follow up is extremely important. Good Luck
