其实已经连receipt＃都拿到了，而且我递的是加急了。今天刚收到USCIS fax的notice of action， 内容如下：

You have requested consular notification but have not indicated an Embassy or Consulate on your petition. Please provide this service with the Embassy or Consulate the beneficiary will apply for their visa.

Please not it appears that the beneficiary will be maintaining a valid F-1 student status until November 30, 2006. In the event the beneficiary will remains in the United States until October 1, 2006, the intended beginning date for H1-B1 employment, you may request a change of status instead of consular processing. If it is your intention to have the beneficiary change status, please submit a statement reflecting the requested action. Otherwise, provide the Embassy or Consulate the beneficiary will apply for their visa outside of the United States.

我把所有交上去的表格的复印件都查了一边，没有一个地方说我是要在使领馆申请签证的。而且I-129上第二页唯一一处有关于使领馆的地方我是空着的。不过就上面第二段说，好像只要写一个statement reflecting the requested action 就行了。刚才憋了一封信，准备明天等老板来了让他签个字。

不知道姐妹们有没有碰到过这种情况？我写了这么一封信可以吗？
