尊敬的各位评委，你们好，我是来自北京赛区的选手于水。我硕士毕业于香港中文大学，现任贝蒂佛卡丝珠宝公司董事长，玻尼达品牌创始人兼代言人，天然紫黄晶亚洲第一人。历时三年，完成了同玻利维亚政府的磋商，达成了阿娜逸矿产资源亚洲市场的战略合作；构建了包括北京总部、南美分公司、日本分公司、韩国分公司的跨国团队。我选择创业这条艰难的路，因为我认为当今女性不仅要拥有美丽和智慧，还要独立自信，家庭与事业兼顾。
作为一个女企业家，我热衷于慈善事业，在宋庆龄基金会和成龙基金会的慈善晚宴上捐赠了十万元的珠宝；深入玉树灾区，领养孤儿，资助了8名贫困学生；通过品牌影响力搭建了互助平台，今年9月，圆了4名贫困学子的大学梦。我还在南美最穷的国家资助了两所学校，受到玻利维亚当地媒体与大使馆的赞扬。我相信慈善不分国界，大爱无疆！
出国访问，所有外事活动我都会身穿旗袍，塑造中国女性的国际形象。今年，我在被誉为世界上最美的地方“天空之镜”乌尤尼，开创了“光影救赎”环保主题行为艺术，呼吁人们珍惜、爱护大自然。“光影救赎”得到了公益时报、CCTV走遍中国、百度百科等社会各界的认可与广泛传播。
日前我和我的母亲一起发起了“Together牵手母亲”的活动，弘扬以孝为先的中国传统文化；并且自导自演了关爱女性艾滋病健康的音乐mv“如果的事”，引起传媒平台的广泛关注。
我希望未来，可以在环球夫人的平台上做更多的公益事业，诠释来自中国的“和平，美丽，智慧，爱心”。

Good evening，Everyone .My name is YuShui from Beijing Division. I am the Chairman of Beijing Beauty Fox JewelryLimited Company, Brand founder and image speaker of Bolivianita, as well as thefirst one who introduce the natural Ametrine to Asia. I graduated from TheChinese University of Hong Kong as a Finance Master degree, I spent last threeyears completing the negotiation with the government of Bolivia and building upan international team including the branches not only in Beijing, but also inSouth-America, Japan and Korea. The reason I chose the tough way to start my own business is that I thinkwomen nowadays are not only the simple addition of beauty and intelligence ,butalso independence and confidence, and keeping the balance between their career and family.
As a women entrepreneur, I am enthusiastic aboutcharity. I donated one hundred thousand RMB valued jewelries at Charity dinnerof China Soong Ching Ling Foundation and Cheng long Foundation. I went to Yushuearthquake area in China, adopted and funded many orphan and students who we'resuffering poverty. I built up a Charity mutual platform by my Bolivianita brandto help Chinese poor students achieve their dream of going to college , I also supported two schools in the poorestcountry in South America and received commendation of the local media and theChinese embassy in Bolivia. I believe that there is no boundaries of Charityand love.
Whenever I go to foreign countries I always wearChinese traditional women dress-cheongsam, which i think represents aninternational image of the Chinese women. This year, I created a” lightredemption “Behavioral art of environment protection in Uyuni, Mirror of theSky which is as we know one of the mostbeautiful places in the world, I inspire people to cherish and protect nature .This action was widely recognized and spread by many social media like CCTV,Baidu, China Philanthropy Times etc.
A few days ago, my mother and I created the“Mother. Daughter. Together” show to carry forward the Chinese culture ofFilial piety .I also direct and act a MV myself named "if…."which isabout care and love for women AIDS, and it is also widely concerned by media.
