I am also eating a lot of fruit during my exercise routine.
I hate apple, so I eat banana instead (love banana).
I think you could eat 5~6 meal a day.
But each meal, you should eat slowly and really really enjoy the
food, and never have the feeling that you are so full that your stomach bulge up.
It is not the food you take that matters, portion matters more.
You can each carb/protein, vege/meat/milk/egg...
But try to avoid high sugar and high fat foods.
