hr looks for keywords, search though the type of jobs u want from dice, and look at their key-words that are been used by HR, then drop those into ur resume for diff kind job ads.
when u r describe ur exp about ur job, try to use something like:
Implementing and maintaining SOMETHING for a PROJECTNAME used by companies worldwide.
Verb + for whom + result of project

Above r what some prof HR consultant told me, and they even had a makeover to my resume, which really helps me alot on attracting other HRs.
