第一步

Cut a piece of medium size cord approximately 20" long. Pin a small safety pin at the halfway point.

Hold your L. hand in front of you, palm facing inward. Position the safety pin and cord so they straddle your L. forefinger, with both cords falling on the palm of your hand. The cord coming from the back side of your forefinger should be on the R. side. [Keep the safety pin and cord in this exact position until the last step.]

第三步
With the R. cord, make a loop clockwise and place it on top of and centered on the L. cord, letting the end of the loop cord hang down parallel to the other cord.

第四步
With your R. hand (forefinger on top and thumb underneath), grasp the loop at the intersection of the loop.

你去布店看一下，也可以把布剪成细长条，然后拧紧，用针线固定
