肝癌晚期，已转移，就是切除了，也还有癌细胞遗留在体内其他地方的。

在这里一般尽人事，手术，放疗，化疗，预防黄疸和腹水的发生。更重要的是以给病人止痛，满足病人要求，保留病人的dignity

At this stage of disease, what matters most is to maintain a relatively good quality of life, rather than prolonging the life span itself. Yes a good attitude helps in that.[em00]
