他这不是甲亢，是甲状腺功能低下(hypothyriodism)。看他的国内血检结果，应该是服用的药物剂量不够。可以把药物剂量增加为15mcg。

如果只是想检查T3， T4， TSH，特意买个保险应该不划算。如果你有自己的家庭医生，带你爸爸去医生的诊所，问问TSH， T3， T4多少钱。应该不是很贵。
