is this subscription fee special b/c you have direct tv?
i remember tivo subscription nearly 30 bucks a month when it first came out
i like tivo, from the moment it is introduced...just don't like its idea of monthly subscription fee...hehe
seems you can share a lot of tv programs with us la ;-)
i want to see the queer eye!...it is funny...and their book is useful...

that is the problem of the networks
i should not be paying for it, hoho
i think it is just a one-time hardware investment...
should not charge me extra monthly fee!
anyway, if 5 bucks per month, that is ok with me ;-)
i like direct tv...
you can have 凤凰卫视, extra 20 bucks
my parents love the station!
maybe we should install it...before the olympics...hoho
but i am such a tv junkie

我买的是DirecTV的receiver + tivo system, 一共99块钱，然后就是每月交subscription fee
4快多，再就没有别的费用了
大概如果自己单独买tivo装上，就得交很多subscription fee
因为广告都不用看了, 电台不都

some article on nytimes proclaims "tivo changes my life", hoho
and people are saying they are spending less on toys because their children never see the ads for new toys now, haha

tivo刚出来的时候，广告还做到电视上去了
现在一个tivo广告都没有
因为tivo是广告客星啊，有了tivo谁还看广告呢

the computer screen is a bit small...comparing with a tv screen...
and i think you need a special graphic card for the hardware...
but anyway, it is an option...
