I have the same problem. I saw one eye creme from EL is for reducing puffiness. But I haven't tried it. Not sure about the result.

Hydra zen from Lancome is also recommended for reducing puffiness. But it doesn't work for me

forgot to say that EL sales laday told me that ANR for eye also have an effect on puffiness. But some mm said that it would cause zhi fang li. So I plan to get a sample to try first.

Oh, I have used their eye mask. Also no effect on my puffiness.

My experience is, patting gentely and rapidly makes the eye cream absorbed more quickly than rubbing only. Because rapid patting speeds up blood circulation.

However, some mm did say that they saw the improvement after using eye cream, such as hydra zen from lancome, no puffery from origins, anr from EL and etc. So I am always thinking that it is that I haven't found the right one or I haven't used them correctly. I don't know.
