想去看医生都不知道该看哪一科。

the feeling is so strange
I don't have difficulties to swallow or breathe, it's just I am so conscious that my throat exists. I feel I need to push open my throat from time to time. and it's "shut down" when i don't push it open.

我就怕family doctor 把我很快打发了。
我换保险后还没找family doc.

I guess probably it is due to the over-secretion of mucus from your glands, or the mucus drained from your nose. Since you don't have pain or difficulty swallowing, I think there is no swollen tonsil or anything inflammed. It is better to see your family doc first, because usually it is not as easy to make an appointment with a specialist. But you can try. :)
