I personally don't think name matters. Now most hiring managers are used to see all kinds of names. Chinese names are still pretty easy. Let them try Indian/moslem names

If you do wanna use English name, u can do <English Name> <Chinese Firstname> <Chinese Lastname>. Then when they check ur diploma, they will understand.

hehe, no 括号 is needed, as many American have middle names.
