zbz expressly claimed she was never in a romantic relationship with cgx, which makes her sexual relationship with him "indiscriminate".

cgx evidently had sexual relationship with multiple girls, many of whom were never his girlfriend, which makes him "indiscriminate" & having "different partners".

So, what's wrong with calling them promiscuous?

AND they publicly lied about their sexual relationship, which makes them devious, if not shameless.
