去年8月底邮寄的申请，最近才收到NVC的邮件，说到第一步要先选择代理人，然后需要最多三周才能到第二步，原文是
step1: choose an agent (please allow up to three weeks for processing before continuing to step 2
step2: pay fees online......
请问是真的要等三周才能再去缴费吗？刚才刚填完代理人那个表格以后 我又登陆上去 已经有了缴费页面了，是120刀的，请问我可以现在就交吗？
还有可以同时进行或者准备的东西都有哪些？不然感觉按照信上说的一步一步的又要拖出一个多月去了，多谢指教！

怎么感觉每个人的步骤不一样，我今天也收到nvc的邮件了。直接跳到第五步了,没有要求我们选agent什么的
