BY my understanding, it is going to be H1 transfer, and it will be conbined with the privous H1 years. Say you worked as H1 for 4 years already, you can only apply for at most 2 years H1-B after u study for another year and apply for H1 again.

However, if you stay at school for 3-5 years and obtain another advanced degree specified in different area, it may be different, which I am not sure.
