如果direct reports 10个左右， 基本上engineer manager 的日常工作是：
- 和 direct report 1:1
- 和 director 1:1
- hiring -- 这块耗时可长可短。
- 和business side sync up， 一般是weekly。
- product / tech spec review， 如果你们组写spec 的话。
- code review
- 跟其他兄弟组撕逼。
- follow up projects，相当于scrum master
- 应付突发的请求： operation， BI ...
