Any school but UNC.

As to NBA team, I like the team from SacTown because they play team-basketball. Unlike Houston.
The team I dislike the most, the Cav., their play is centered to get the young kid his stats instead of wins. Anyway the kid is overated and most likely on Steroids.

I am nobody but I would love to root for the underdogs, the mid-majors. I do not like any one of the tradtional powerhouses, such as UNC. UNC is like Notre Dame of football, get a lot of air time and talents but really hasn't done much with it. I had a good friend who grew up in Chaple Hill and a big fun of the Tar Heels. We as his friends would love to see UNC lose so we can rub his nose and have some fun with it.
Go Air Force? Oh, I forgot, Go Duke, or Puke, as your UNC fans would call it.....

You are right, UNC is the most storied team around the country--glamorous history, but has been struggling in the last few years since Dean Smith retired and has been consistently inconsitent this year. Roy Williams has been putting the team on the right track back to the top. We will see what will happen next year. 8 months to go.. geez!!

Basketball is almost a religion on the tobacco road and Carolina would always be the most loved and most hated!

Not to pick on you, but UNC is not "the" most storied team. Jordan has a lot to do with UNC's reputation. Talking about glamorous history, what about Indiana, UCLA, Kentucky, and your most hated rival Duke? UNC might be a legit top 5 team next season, assume all the star players stay put.
