买好新车，上保险时保险公司说通过vin查到的信息里没说我的车有electronic stability control (ESC)所以不能享受相应折扣。但是从官网上看我这车应该有，把截屏发过去，保险公司说不算正式文档。有人碰到过这样的事吗？可能折扣也不大，但不太费事的话还是想尝试下能不能纠正一下...
