其实老美有时候也搞错，看this is us，弟弟说you and me，哥哥纠正说 you and I，这种很容易就错了。

这种情况下把you and去掉， 单用i/me, 看是否形成完整的句子。 比如， you and I like movies, or Jane goes to movies with you and me 去掉, you and, 变成I like movies or Jane goes to movies with me 仍然正确。反过来就不对了。
很多老美口语不太分，乱说一气也是。

好像不完全如此。我儿子教我的是下面两种表达是对的： Me and John went out. John and I went out. 不知道他说的对不。
