07/30/2018 收到信，说i-130 批了，现在等 case => nvc
08/28/2018 收到NVC email，说收到case，给了case number.
09/06/2018 交钱，填表，上传文件。中间等良民证等了好几天。还有DS 260的以往地址翻译反复推敲了好久。最后填表时发现给的地方根本写不下。。。
09/17/2018 收到NVC邮件，说材料全了。可是登陆到系统里，发现两个message，一个说材料全了，一个说需要W2 （我明明有交W2啊！难道是要我老公的？）。两个message同时发的。看得我很凌乱。要不再给他们发个信问一下吧。。。
11/08/2018 面试通过。面试官说护照可能要两个星期之后才能到。
话说大家父母过来都是怎么学英文的？

大概半年前提交的I-130,现在终于进入NVC阶段了。
在网上看官方指南（[url=https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc.html]https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc.html[/url] ）有几个疑问，希望聪明的同学帮我解惑：
1. 指南上说：Step 1: Choose an Agent。 就是DS-261表。可是我登录以后并没有看到DS-261啊？换了浏览器也是一样。钱都已经交了，也并没有看到DS-261。是咋回事？我给nvc也发信问了，怕他们回复慢，耽误事，先来这里问一下。
2.指南上又说：If you completed Form I-864, I-864A, or I-864EZ and the income reported on this form or your tax return reflects income below the poverty guidelines for the year the form was submitted, submit evidence of your income.
意思是如果收入够，只要tax return就行了？就不需要收入证明了？我们学校做事的风格一言难尽，想要个收入证明也不知道啥时候能等到。如果不需要我就不等了。
另外之前看到有人发帖说出生公证不行了，一定要出生证明。有没有其他人有相关的经验？如果那个是个例我就不管了。如果现在都这么严格我就得再想想办法。谢谢啦！
update：谢谢大家帮忙解惑。我今天收到NVC针对第一个问题的答复了。他们说：你的申请已经收到，我们会审理。算是答非所问。我的理解就是现在的网上界面不同了，填代理的方式大概也不同了。我大概不需要担心。。。？
