父母在中国国内，想给他们办绿卡。

前面那个说第一次就只交I-130,等NVC阶段再交别的表。后面那个说还要交I-864跟G-325A。其他攻略有的只提到交I-130和I-864。

我现在已经彻底糊涂了。哪位好心人有真正权威的攻略可否共享一下？谢谢！！！


P.S. 找到了官方网站上的说法：“You, the sponsor, should complete Form I-864 when your relative has been scheduled for an immigrant visa interview with a consular officer overseas ”
所以我的理解就是等所谓的NVC阶段提交，是吧？

那么那些提交多余表格的攻略，意思就是反正多交表格也不会被罚款？不交白不交？有的攻略里边说提交申请的时候都给人家各种文件的原件，而不是复印件，大概也是这个精神吧？

我刚才去使馆网站看的。“美国驻广州总领事馆办理中国公民和居民的美国移民签证。这是中国唯一办理美国移民签证的领事馆。”
