想问下大家，如果亲戚从他香港的公司转钱给我美国个人账户，会被认为我在海外有收入要报税么？ 还是让他从个人账户转钱给我更好些呢？ 谢谢大家!

It won't be an income to you but you will have to report it if you received more than 100K within a year.
