严格说，公正时候需要本人持原件。人不在的话可以把护照寄过来，写个委托书一类的，然后你去给她办公正。版上也有人找这边华人公证人，说明一下情况，他们就给签字盖章。


 


我带我妈去公正的时候，我妈在一边抱孩子，我给她公正的，那人也没问护照本人是谁，所以说也没那么严啦。


有什么表格吗？我们公司有人有哪个章，我可以叫她帮我盖章，但是她可能要本人在


你找的是中国人吗？
