我也纠结了，但是我觉得这个可能娃大一点就用不了了，那到时还要买一个，不如一次性买个能用到娃走路很利索了以后比较合算，而且peg perego好像还要轻些，17磅多

你吃了b6吗?我有点效果，还可以把b6和unisom配起来吃，我研究过好像这是fda认为safe的（以前有种药是b6+unisom的成分），但现在不卖了...不行，上zofran。我医生给我开了，我没吃。bless

偶没爬楼，原来Mm是吃抗生素所以吐，那偶就不知道了。。我上面写的是管孕吐的。

 然后偶汇报下，偶今天去1st trimester screen了，看见小宝，很活跃，一开始头朝下，后来还头朝上了，手老动，还摸头，粉好玩。。医生说量的nt数字很normal，但也要等血检结果才知道risk factor。。血检很奇怪，是要扎手指，扎了偶2个手指才采集了足够的血。。。现在说有可能是个男宝宝，但要20周大bc才能确定

 对了，偶们做bc时，lg在一边用Iphone拍了段bc的video，很好玩，看见小宝动啊动的。大家如果有能拍video的手机可以带去拍哦。医生也没说什么，估计知道偶们很excited

You may also have heard of Bendectin, which combines an antihistamine called doxylamine with vitamin B6. This drug was once widely used in the United States to treat morning sickness, but controversy over its safety during pregnancy — despite any scientific evidence that it was harmful — forced the manufacturer to pull it from the market. (These days, it's available only in Canada under the name Dicletin.)

The FDA has now classified the combination of ingredients in Bendectin as "safe and effective for nausea and vomiting of pregnancy," and you can buy both ingredients separately over the counter. Doxylamine is available as a sleeping pill under the brand name Unisom Nighttime Sleep-Aid. (Be sure not to get Maximum Strength Unisom SleepGels — that's a different product.) And you can find vitamin B6 in the vitamin section.

Diclectin? consists of a combination of 10 mg of doxylamine succinate and 10 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B₆) in a delayed-released formulation. This combination has been prescribed for over 50 years to more than 33 million pregnant women.

One Bendectin is:
10 mg Vitamin B6
10 mg Doxylamine Succinate, or Unisom

我觉得如果没有10mg的，就吃25mg b6+25mg Unisom，晚上吃一份就行了，看看效果。unisom会让人想睡觉的。
我有朋友试了unisom也没有用，还是要吃zofran。我自己吃了b6，还是吐，但能忍，所以没吃unisom.

 再给看灰尘跳舞mm敲敲，spotting是正常的，不一定是先兆流产啊。。。mm不要因为上次的事有阴影。另外，是不是可以弄个国内保胎的中药方在这里抓点药吃吃？我听国内的医生说保胎药对宝宝和妈妈都没什么影响的，国内很多孕妇都有吃。

偶家lg也想要个女娃娃～偶们上次NT时医生说是男娃的可能性大，不过too early to tell。。。所以也要等到1月中下旬才知道。。

其实我家是split vote，偶比较想要男孩。不过其实男女都无所谓，健健康康的就好！

 讨论下stroller啊？我那天看了点帖子，发现其实一岁前用stroller frame (snap and go)好像蛮好的，优点是轻便。。。然后1岁后是不是就可以用伞车了？这样就不用弄个好重的full size stroller了？我觉得如果带娃出去，轻便最重要吧,偶力气很小的说。。大家怎么看？

那个snap and go说很轻便，和伞车差不多，然后把Infant carseat卡上去就可以推了，我觉得好像不错，毕竟比自己背轻松，我看到albeebaby上也不贵，80刀都不到。昨天去mall，今天去Lunch都看到美国妈妈推那种。。。
