I wanted to get the refund and would like to pay 15% restocking fee, but she didn't reply.

 is small too, but the main reason is I only want the 100% silk dress which I asked her first and got the confirmation.

But I didn't say 料子不好, should be exactly like this mm said " 我在这个mm手里买过两件旗袍，虽然料子不是丝的，但是我觉得很不错了。样式好就行了"

是的,两件都是100%真丝的.

That's why I bought them, but I don't think they are 100% silk when I received them although they are very pretty, this is only my personal preference.

 just receive her reply, she is in Beijing now.

And she gave several names who wanted the 1st one, will contact them later.

I think she is nice :)
