雌激素+孕激素＝避孕药吗？谁来给我科普一下

子宫内膜薄，医生给开了雌激素2mg（月经D3－D23吃），黄体酮200mg（月经D15－D23吃），试孕三个月，怀上了就继续吃黄体酮！我怎么觉得这药和以前吃的避孕药差不多，这能怀孕的不？

谢谢！这药是不是就在做人工周期，让我D14排卵？我平时的周期大于28天，大概15、6天的时候才会排，那D15上孕激素，岂不是就被抑制掉了？
