一般真人露面的不是网上常见的骗局。
怀疑cashier check有问题的话，拿到支票打电话核实一下，立刻就知道真伪了呀。
真人有地址电话的话，Fraud cashier check是不是算犯罪，可以报告警察了吧。

RE, there are so many people in this post don't really know the difference between personal check and cashier check. Of course, be careful of scams.

That is assuming the cashier's check is not fake. Funds available does not mean the check is cleared. Check out an earlier post here about how to verify the legitimacy of cashier's checks.
