不光是换钱换卡，哪怕是买东西，对方骗钱不发货，只要你用的是send to family and friends, 就拿不回来钱。Paypal对于这种付款方式是不予dispute的。

上次买东西，卖主玩消失，PayPal 和银行都拒绝dispute :-(
