四月底H4到期之前和老公的H1B extension经他的学校一起寄出去了，现在他的H1B已经批了，可是我的H4却一点没动静，支票也没有cash。

我今天看了一下，是不是因为支票的fee填错了啊，写了$370. 我记得以前都是$370，就写了一张$370的交了. 今天觉得不对劲，发现USCIS 网站上写的“$370.  You and each co-applicant must also pay an $85 biometric services fee.”

那就是要$455了？

这种情况下怎么补救？不想有gap，这个时候又没法回去。

在线能提交付款的选项吗？请懂的说说，谢谢

谢谢大家的建议和批评。打电话给uscis说得等一个月的窗口期，说如果还没有receipt，就再联系他们。

记得其实写支票的时候确实是看过I-539 instruction里面的， 上面说“The filing fee for Form I-539 is $370, except for certain A, G, and NATO nonimmigrants who are not required to pay a fee, as noted in these Instructions.

An additional biometrics services fee of $85 is required for you and for each person included on a Form I-539A, except for certain A, G, and NATO nonimmigrants who are not required to pay a fee. After you submit Form I-539, USCIS will notify you about when and where to go for biometrics services.” 以为I-539A是另一个表格，跟自己的i-539不一样。

昨天才注意在网页上面还有这句： “$370.  You and each co-applicant must also pay an $85 biometric services fee.” 总之不管怎样自己还是不对。

同时也在联系律师看看怎么办。希望能安全解决吧。
