我的理解是： AP批准之前出境，相当于绿卡申请做废，楼主只能用H1入境，再重新申请绿卡。 AP批准之后出境，楼主可以用H1入境，也可以用AP入境。如果用H1入境，AP和H1同时都有效。如果用了AP入境，H1即时失效。
