I485 可以和I131， I765回美证和工卡一起提交吗？ yes. 3. 打算和配偶一起申请，配偶也在境内，配偶是填I485还是I130啊？ 网上I130 说是“Filing a Form I-130 is only the first step in helping a relative immigrate to the United States. Eligible family members must wait until there is a visa number available before they can apply to become a lawful permanent resident." 没看特别明白。 配偶填I485.
