I prefer pad too. and I use "always" ulta thin, which is so comfortable.

How much did you spend 在美国上环? I already took it 3 and a half years. my mother tell me that "上环" can use five years. and I think I have to remove it. but I don't know its english name. How to make an appointment?

Thanks. I will call them. I do IUD in china, and doctor said I'd better to remove it after 5 years.

after I take it, sometimes 痛经(before menstrual cycle)、流量大(especially first two days). Do you have same feeling?
