mm知道O1可以保证几年的合法工作身份吗？这个值得考虑，我主要是没有journal paper，所以一直觉得申不了那些高级的，譬如Eb1/2啊或者O1啊啥的。

规定是规定，移民官尺度没那么统一。工资那个肯定不要几十万。十万就很高了。

哪有这么容易，O1虽然比EB1容易，但也不是那么容易满足条件的。要满足三项，中国人基本就是paper至少3 5片，审稿和推荐信。高工资那项律师说不是十万八万的，得几十万的才算。
