saks gift card肯定可以激活，这是policy 不是 courtesy! 我问过很多次了，明确表示可以激活

GC policy 说了，如果用了GC以后再退货，拿到的退款要扣除GC的部分，所以如果是因为退货导致不qualify GC, 我觉得卖方应该refund.

话说如果lz用掉了gc然后卖家退货了会怎么样？

可是卖家说只退了四十多，gc怎么也不能全没了吧，现在是saks的锅lz背了

只退了40多，gift card上也应该还有钱啊，$100 gc 说明purchase 500以上，退了40多，还剩460, 那个APR2016可以拿35

这事也不难啊，如果卖家退了40的东西后还有500，那就仍满足500送100gc，和客服要回来不就行了吗？

同意这个，如果卖家mm退货后超过500了，可以把order number 要来，直接找supervisor, 让他re-issue

建议直接拿到order number, 找supervisor 理论。mm放心，如果order amount是大于 500的，肯定能把GC要回来的！！！

如果有一些客服说了可以re-activate, 但是找理由推脱的话，这应该是Saks的责任， 没把customer service training 做好吧 ？ re-activate GC 不是什么courtesy. 因为customer service training 的时候应该会教 如果是against policy的话，要说"we offer this as one time courtesy, blabla". 这个和management training一样，有固定的说话模式。。。

哪一天不能用的无关紧要，没退过货的gc, 哪天不能用的都能re-activate。过期多久都能re -activate,只要你满500

是的，我re-activate过至少有7，8张卡了，从来没碰到任何推脱，这肯定是统一的 policy了。

如果是我退货以后 不满 500， 我绝对不会把 GC 拿出来卖。。。想钻这个漏洞就直接在saks上用了得了～
