Talking points:1. Communicate to Client the EXCELLENT service you have delivered. 2.Client's responsibility to pay in time in full amount 3. liabilities Client may have if fail to pay in time 4. Why Client fails to pay in time(find out the reason for the situation. They may not necessarily fail to pay intentionally. They may just forget.) 5.work out a solution with Client 6.Set up a timeline for Client's full payment

The 5&6 are the most important ones. That's all you want to achieve eventually.
