补充一个周末比赛后调整后的dry fire设计
定点射击 dry fire drill:靶子用3种: idpa 8 inches A区,at 5 yards,10 yards,20 yards。
1、signle hand shooting
step 1:25 right hand DA to different targets at 20 yards
step 2:pass gun to left hand
step 3:25 left hand DA to different targets at 20 yards
step 4:pass gun to right hand
step 5:25 right hand DA to different targets at 20 yards
step 6:pass gun to left hand
step 7:25 left hand DA to different targets at 20 yards
25次 8lb DA是手指疲劳边界。
2、presentation & index: target at 20 yards
step1: from one hand position in front of the chest
step2: index,shoot 1 times。
step3: back to the chest,one hand only
step4: index,shoot other target in 90-180
repeat 6-15 times on stop in the middle
3、transfer:target at 5-10-20 yards
step1: index,point to one target
step2: transfer to another target in 90,1 shot
step3: transfer to another target in 90,1 shot
repeat 6-15 times no stop in the middle
以上练习连续完成,中间不休息。
index+transfer 25-30次是肩部疲劳边界。
4、draw
step 1: draw & index & shoot target at 20 yards 18 times par time 2.0
step 2: draw & index & shoot target at 10 yards 15 times par time 1.7
step 3: draw & index & shoot target at 5 yards 15 times par time 1.5
step 4: right hand only draw & index & shoot target at 10 yards 20 times par time 2.0
5、reload, targets at 20 yards
step 1:start from point to the target & slide locked
step 2:reload
step 3:index and shot the target at 20 yards
par time 3.0 repeat 50 times
reload的疲劳边界在25次左右。
练习目的:
1)单手trigger control,gripping。
2)transfer+index
3)上半身,各处力量和耐力,小臂,大臂,肩部,手指。
4)draw和reload中的速度稳定性
5)draw和reload中的grip一致性
练习强度约为 left hand da 50,right hand da 70,both hands da 130,刚好250。。。
