我已经很久没有读bible了，总是觉得没时间，被生活所追赶：（

养成好习惯，每天读3章，也就15分钟左右，很容易坚持下来

认识耶和华，是智慧的开端。

至于使内心安静，那个需要神的作为。读经本身不会。但神给予的喜乐平安是超乎想象的。

祷告和读经都能安静下来，在我个人经历里，祷告的特别能安静内心。当我心里七上八下不能安定的时候，我会先选择祷告。

首先是祷告，祷告是我们直接与神说话，把心里所有的不安、焦虑、、担忧等等等等都通通倒给神。然后读经，很奇妙的，读的经文里总是能看到神对我当时的处境和难处对我说的话，然后心里的担子一下就被挪开了。

我每天都祷告。也读经，但是读过一段时间又忘了……。故事人物好多。

我有空喜欢听赞美诗歌， 做家务的时候放上圣诗， 心灵从繁琐的世事上放空，沉浸在美好的音乐里， 家务也可以变得享受。

这首 I Know Who Holds Tomorrow 我知誰掌管明天, 男高音和男低音太好听了， 我特别喜欢， 姐妹可以听听看。

我今天听的是这首 The Love of God， 音乐特别抚慰人。 画面春意盎然。

作者弗雷德里克·雷曼 (Frederick M. Lehman) 是一个世纪前的一个南加州的商人，他因生意失败而破产变成一无所有，只好从事体力劳动糊口谋生，他在帕萨迪纳给人打工，将橙子和柠檬搬运装入木箱。 在一个礼拜天的敬拜以后他心情不能自已，次日在苦重的劳作中文思继续泉涌，回家他写下这首优美的赞美歌。

我在收音机里听到的时候，特别感动， 因为我们就住在Frederick M. Lehman 住过的地方的附近。一个人经历了这样的生活挫折， 还只有对神的赞美。我要时时提醒自己，要常常喜乐，不住地祷告，凡事谢恩，因为这是神在基督耶稣里向我们所定的旨意。

当然读经 可以让内心慢慢安静下来

有一个循序渐进的过程

心若在，时间总在；

心若在，再怎么追赶，也会返回。

认识耶和华，是智慧的开端。

至于使内心安静，那个需要神的作为。读经本身不会。但神给予的喜乐平安是超乎想象的。

确切的来说，如果已经信主而且是真正的重生得救，有圣灵在心中内住，读经会有光亮，喜乐安宁都会有。

但如果不是基督徒，找本圣经随便看看，是不会使内心平静的，除非是神那个时候要拣选此人，也会在这样的人的心里有特别的工作。
