研究过，好像必须是因为工作需要而必须在家工作才能claim，而且home office 容易背audit，所以我们没有claim

Yes, we did when i was working from home. But i didnt do it myself, my CPA took care of it.

那如果公司要求wfh呢？也会被查么？

簡單來講就是不行。基本上税务局一查一个准。

为了避免被audit从来没claim过

请问Home Office是报在对应的Business Income底下吗？ Rental Income 报在Schedule E上了. 有个Single member 的 LLC，Income只有Rental， 那 Home Office Expense 是报在Business底下吗还是ScheduleＥ上？

被audit的话即使你是合理报税的，也会很花精力准备材料，所以别去claim一点也不值得。

好像需要公司没有你办公地方才可以。

是公司要求的，完全合法的，这样也会被查，

我第一年算过了，报不了几毛钱，主要办公的面积占房子的总面积比例太小了，然后就自动去掉了。
真心建议，不必折腾这个。
