To me the benefit of taking birth control bills outweighs the downsides. So I'm on it, so far so good.

是个复杂的课题。的确能减少卵巢癌的发病率，但能增加子宫内膜癌，乳腺癌（尤其是雌激素敏感型的，宫颈癌的机率。同时会造成体重增加，血液粘稠度增加（尤其是同时还抽烟的女性）。

激素这个东西很不好讲的。。。。有的人可能敏感，有的就不行。。。。自己看着办吧。。。

我也觉的不是必要的话，不要乱用药。假使用药会有严重的恶性结果，那就更不能用药。所以担心避孕药的副作用，毕竟要吃那么久！ 现在还好可以排除妇科癌。

this doesn't mean it decreases the chance of all cancers, some breast cancers are estrogen dependent so it may enhance the chance of breast cancer
