agree! i do believe massaging helps, even though i never tried myself.  Sleeping definitly works for me! If i sleep enough i become big C. now i'm just a normal C or even a small C.  my mom's doubel D. back then.. when she was pregnant.. and had me.. she couldn't find any bra in 上海.. she had to make her own.>_< now days they make bigger bras. i believe 古今 makes really really good bras. i wore 古今 when i was growing up. i believe that's one of the reason why my shape is so good.  They definitly helped me when i was growing my boobs.  i didn't wear the ones with wire,  just the normal cotton fabric ones. Those are best for teenage growing up. 

however.. nowdays.. like VS they seriously make crappy bras. First of all, they dont last long.  I dont know how many times i've heard the wire comes out fo them.  Especially for big breat woman, vs do not fit them well.  Even on their catalog.. i think some fittings are wrong.. they just look sexy.  i'm really sensitive to bras. bad bras leave scars on me. in the middle of my boobs and on the side under arm area where the wire ends. b/c a lot of bras tend to push to the middle. they leave me black marks!!! VS do not make my size.. and they definitly leave marks.  Angels start from 34.. and i can't wear 34.. their body line makes 32 but only make up to B cup. 

i fell in love with Betsey Johnson and Elle Macpharson bras. they make a lot of laces and very very pretty.. i love lacy stuffs.. especially betsey johnson.. most of the styles do not shape my boobs in any way.  They keep my current shape which is what i like.  I've tried some expensive brands.. they all try to push my boobs therefore leave scars.. believe or not.. i'm struggling with scars more than buying bras... sigh...
