咯，我本来今儿决定10点上床的，结果现在12：30了，最后来这里跟你们kiss good nite，我准备花两周来调整作息了。zzzZZZ~~~

看来我还是比你两个好点

我从工作以后 都是10点 10点半左右睡觉

早上6点半起床

最近研究穴位 有时候会晚些 但是不会超过11点

我坚持没有在家里安装网络和有线电视 就是怕生活不规律

我现在回家里后 没网络 省了不少时间 电视就拿几个台 也够我看了

我就知道 如果我在家里能上网 估计肯定不按时睡觉

知道自己没有自制力 只能用强制办法
