哦，对了，总统那边有一堆破事，忘了说了 

总统palmer的一个很重要的幕僚兼朋友alan

一定要palmer在深夜去见他

告诉他了一个惊人的消息

他的弟弟wayne，竟然和他的妻子有染

alan要求palmer马上解除wayne的职务作为报复

不然他就会做一切可能的事情阻止一个重要法案的通过

palmer大受打击，回去质问wayne

wayne供认不讳

而且愿意辞职，以免除这些灾难

palmer却不愿意也不能够受alan的威胁

他出了一个昏招

找来了sherry 

想让她以黑治黑

果然，就让她找到了alan的把柄 

原来，alan在很多年前酒后驾车撞死了人

他却买通了受害人的家属，让他们做假证

看来alan的手脚也真快啊～～

sherry觉得别无他法，只有从alan的老婆julia身上下手

找到他杀人灭口的证据

把他和谋杀联系起来 

可是他们说话却还是惊醒了alan

alan和sherry吵了起来

sherry的一顿怒吼

让alan心脏病突发

sherry却不让julia给他药

她们就眼睁睁的看着他死去

情况变的难以收拾

另外一边，jack终于还是抓到了nina

因为amador跑了，nina是唯一的线索了 

nina说她确实有线索，让jack打了一个奇怪的电话 

可是这个电话却让ctu的所有电脑的防火墙全体失控

于是黑客们就可以hack ctu的电脑，知道美国在世界各地的spy

原来，这是nina为了自保，使出的最后一招

jack气急败坏 

nina要求飞机飞回墨西哥

等她安全落地以后，她才会告诉他们解决的办法

ctu始终无法搞定病毒

决定同意nina的条件，让飞机调头

jack见状，用枪指着飞行员的头，让他降落

可怜的chloe因为一个神秘身份的baby，编了很多谎话

却不能自圆其说

被kim怀疑

kim和adam一起去告状

chloe被chappelle停职了

因为这个病毒危机的缘故

chloe又被放了出来 

可是她对adam和kim很不满

最后，还是chloe搞定了病毒

jack露出胜利的微笑

nina疯了

而那个让chloe麻烦不断的baby

竟然是chase的

kim呆了 

nina被带回ctu，tony拷问她

先是置疑jack杀了没有反抗能力的nina，又要他接受drug test 

还找了一个总部的人

给他做口录

一定要证明他吸毒是为了卧底工作才行

jack怒了

michele通过amador的电脑银行帐户transfer找到了一个lead

知道他们偷了特殊的仪器准备释放毒气

jack带着strike team

找到了amador，可是他拒绝合作
