COMPUSA has them for $179.99, BestBuy has them for 154.99 after a $30 MIR. Just pricematch at your local Compusa, and walk out the door with a rather nice card for 154.99 and not have to hassle with rebates.
If you aren't familiar with video cards, this one is pretty good. It is the 2nd highest chipset that Nvidia makes in consumer cards right now, and is very good for even serious users. I know, I know, its not a 5900 ultra or a 9800 pro, so please don't flame about how they are better. I know they are better.
Anyhow, good deal on a good card, and don't forget that PNY offers a lifetime warranty (lifetime of the product on the market).
