睡前读物有两种，一种是欲罢不能的，版上推荐的很多是这种，害得我睡不着觉熬夜看书。。。另一种是看一会儿就昏昏欲睡的，特促进睡眠，这八本都是！

哈哈，楼上太搞笑了，我发现英文的小说，要情节老吊着我的，才不困。
