刚刚学到一个词组：to no avail

意思：

without any success or any effect:

没有成功，或没有任何效果。

例子：

The students asked the school to help them raise the money, but to no avail.

学生们要求学校帮助他们筹集资金，但没有任何效果。

回答时用 I got it 与 you got it，以及 got it

Thrice：

 adverb

three times —often used in combination：thrice-married

例子：
