如果楼主提到的那个MM是我曾经请教过的那位热心MM的话，记得好象她买的是obamacare的silver plan，的确是非常好的plan,可惜我们这个州没有。另外楼主如果是纽约的话，听说你们纽约不是落地就可以拿medicaid了吗？

如果是obamacare的silver plan，那基本上人人都可以买，只是obamacaare的plan分好几种，silver之外，还有golden什么的，根据自己的需求看医生次数啦，住院次数啦什么的买不同的。纽约州有专门帮人咨询obamacare的navigator，不是保险公司的人，属于中立的，可以问他们
