2. Delivery will be free if you are in NYC and . If you are in other area, please contact dealer directly.212-489-3600 (Faust Harrison). You will be charged for stairs if you have more than 3 stairs. $10 for every extra stair. Since NJ is a large state, according to sales person, up to area is fine, however, if it is in NJ near Philly, it will be extra. Best is to call them with a zip code to confirm if in question.

3. Delivery will include piano and one bench.

4. 10 years warranty from Yamaha

5. One free in-home tuning valid within 3 months after delivery.

6. 100% trade in within 10 years. Here is the exact term:

    "Client may elect, at any time during the next ten years, to trade this piano back to Faust Harrison Pianos for credit towards the purchase of any higher-priced (by $6,000 or more) new or fully rebuilt piano in our inventory.  The trade-in value shall be the above purchase price less all direct costs to Faust Harrison Pianos associated with the sale and return of the piano (such as moving and tuning costs and costs to repair any damages)."

7. $500 deposit is fully refundable until everyone has agreed to move forward.
