usually yes. if you have att, within 30 days, you can reverse the upgrade plan, but only once. cannot return 2 times. So you can return your iphone4, cancel the upgrade plan, just like you have not upgrade it. but if you are a new customer.... you may have no phone for a while until iphone5 arrives to your hand. if you order online, restocking fee 10% for ATT's iphone. If you did it in store, i am sure you can return it, not sure the 10%. you can check.

现在是att，准备转v，主要办公室att信号烂，就v还行。我电话不多不过上网多，本来想上unlock加pageplus prepaid，不过他家好像data不是4g lte。还是打算上合同机了

苹果没有了乔布斯，就没有懂推销的灵魂人物，现在这个team，会说的太少了，plain and boring，还要自己脑补为毛这产品exciting impressive。夸张的说，如果一代iphone拿给这个team推销，大概大家都不会觉得够impressive。不过就看这些人的思维方式，大概也不可能想出一代iphone这样改变市场的革新产品。苹果大概就要慢慢泯于众人了。btw，不喜欢加长版的样子！

marketing is important, but it's not everything.

apple's everything else is ok. not huge difference than others, except iphone app are much better then android app especially the few apps that i am using. so have to use apple.
