Product Manager 产品经理
As a Product Manager at Playfish, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision for a major hit social games studio. A market leader in social games, Playfish is one of the most highly regarded companies in this space.
This position is a metrics driven role. You'll learn a ton, have fun, and be a critical part of our success. You'll also get a chance to work with some of the best artists and developers in social media.
Your responsibilities would include:
Run a "game as a service" business to maximize engagement, virality, and monetization
Define and execute long-term product roadmaps by coordinating with title teams to draft feature specs and plan weekly builds
Design, structure, and conduct analyses to inform design decisions
Apply quantitative rigor to balance math in new features and manage virtual economies
Track performance on a daily basis and adjust designs / plans accordingly
Actively monitor competitors and other Playfish titles to quickly adopt best practices
Coordinate with Marketing, Community, and Operations teams to market new features, communicate updates, and support weekly releases
Create and enforce light coordination processes
The requirements for this position are:
2-5 years of experience in product management in consumer web or social media, and/or experience in a top ranked management consulting firm
Strong analytic skills and experience with metrics driven decision making
Passionate about intuitive product designs that have mass appeal
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A passionate, performance-driven self-starter
Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment
Collaborative working style
Avid social / casual gamer
BA/BS degree – Computer Science / Engineering degree preferred
Optional but strongly desired:
Mandarin fluency a strong plus
Previous start-up experience
Social networking experience
